After the winter storm Juno hit, the city cleaned up the street and life at night resumed with a slow pace. mostly, because the city was half empty. The Mayor and the Governor asked people not to come to the city due to the storm. But, Juno was no blizzard and the clean up effort wasn't that hard, in part because there were less people around.
